Who we are

PrintLarh is a 3D printing business in Singapore (UEN 53534517L). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean PrintLarh.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote, make and deliver your order:

• Your name
• Your phone number or email address, or your Telegram name and username if you message our bot
• What you want printed, including any files, links, photos or measurements you send
• Your delivery address, if you choose delivery
• Payment references, such as your PayNow transaction details

Why we collect it

• To reply to your quote request and answer your questions
• To print, pack and hand over or deliver your order
• To take payment and keep business records required by Singapore tax law

We don’t send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Your consent

By sending us a quote request through our website, Telegram or other channels, you agree that we may use your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If you do, we may not be able to complete an open order.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it where needed to serve you:

• Delivery services such as Lalamove or Grab, which receive your name, phone number and address
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and passes form submissions on to us
• Telegram, where we receive website form submissions, and where you can message us

How long we keep it

• Quote requests that don’t go ahead: deleted within 12 months
• Your 3D files: deleted 30 days after your order is completed, unless you ask us to keep them for reorders
• Order and payment records: kept for 5 years, as required by IRAS

Keeping it safe

We store your data on password-protected devices and accounts that only we can access, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Seeing or correcting your data

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, how it has been used, or to correct it. We’ll reply within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We don’t run ads or share your browsing with advertisers.
